Restrictions on Use of Materials

The Lassie Network is produced by Colliewoode Productions, LLC as a service to Lassie fans. It was established in October, 1994, with the full knowledge and cooperation of Robert Weatherwax, Broadway Video, Golden Books Family Entertainment, and Classic Media owners of the Lassie trademark, and as such, presents various materials from different sources for demonstration purposes.

The entire contents of the Lassie Network site are copyrighted under copyright laws by various owners. Users may download material only from the download areas for their own non-commercial use. The copying, redistribution, or publication of any part of this site, without expressed written permission of Colliewoode Productions, LLC, or the appropriate owner(s), is prohibited.

Submissions

By submitting content to The Lassie Network, you automatically grant Colliewoode Productions, LLC, or warrant that the owner of such content has expressly granted Colliewoode Productions, LLC, the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute the content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now know or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such content. You warrant that you own the material you are submitting and that it does not infringe any copyrights owned by others.

All material submitted becomes the property of Colliewoode Productions, LLC. Colliewoode Productions LLC has no obligation to use material you submit and reserves the right not to use material that it finds objectionable.

Limitation of Liability

Colliewoode Productions LLC does not represent or warrant that The Lassie Network will be accessible or available on a timely basis, or that access to The Lassie Network will be uninterrupted or error free. The Lassie Network is distributed on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event, shall Colliewoode Productions LLC (its parent companies and affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, information providers or licensers) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or other damages (regardless of the form of action). With the exception of Colliewoode Productions LLC related companies, Colliewoode Productions LLC is not affiliated or associated with sponsors of sites which hyperlink to or from The Lassie Network and does not endorse the content appearing in other sites.
