Eric Knight- The creator of Lassie. Wrote the short story "Lassie Come Home" which appeared in the Saturday Evening Post. It was so successful the short story was expanded into the book version, which later became the first Lassie film.

Rudd Weatherwax- The original owner and trainer of Lassie.

Carol Riggins- The current owner and trainer of Lassie

Roddy McDowall- the original Joe for the 1943 movie Lassie Come Home

Tommy Rettig- the first TV boy, starred in the original Lassie series that started in 1954.

Jon Provost- Timmy from the black and white Lassie series

Corey Sevier- the most recent "Timmy" from the Cinar series from 1997
